Learn the blackjack rules dude!
Ok I know that some people think I’m being a bit unreasonable… I also got some comments about the ‘Bailouts’ blog post. But come on… its common sense surely??? Sure we all want to be nice guys and do the right thing, but there also comes a time when it becomes ridiculous.
I was sitting in the casino the other day and this guy comes in and sits down at the blackjack table to play blackjack… as one does… (no this is not a joke, even though it sounds like the beginning of one… “a man is sitting at a bar and in walks a horse”…. you know the story….)
Now he clearly knew very little about blackjack and specifically the blackjack game rules, ok so we were all beginners at some time and had to learn… I know. I actually welcome new players it is good, it is healthy for gambling.
But this guy kept stopping the dealer and asking questions, come on learn the blackjack rules dude! Its ok to ask a question once or twice, but this guy just didn’t seem to get the game… how hard can it be? You need your cards to add up to 21, even kids can play blackjack! Maybe not in the casino with real money, but they can still play the game, its not that hard.
Thankfully the dealer eventually told the guy to either play and keep quiet or to leave…
Maybe its time I took a break, I’m blowing off at everything!!!

So yesterday I was on about how movies have helped promote the image of casinos. And I was thinking of real life casinos at the time, but of course nowadays, we probably have more online casinos available and so what about the online casino image?

Online Casino Games
Ok so President Obama and his family have moved into the White House and the Bush’s are back in Texas…
It hasn’t taken the new president long to make some key decisions and get right into the thick of things. Good for him, I suppose he has to, there is so much to sort out. What did he call them in his inauguration speech?, challenges I think…they sure are challenges Mr President!
Ok thats enough on politics lets get back to what counts and what we do best!
Today I want to talk about the choice of online casino games that we have. It is unbelievable the choice of games that you have to play when you visit an online casino.
I sometimes find it difficult to decide which game I want to play. Obviously I have my favorites, the ones I know I have a chance of winning at, or the ones where my money lasts longer or the online games that I have the biggest chance of winning a large jackpot.
But it is still difficult to decide which game to play sometimes. Online software has also got better. The graphics, speed and functionality are all way better.
The funny thing is that when I sit down in a real life casino, I usually stick to the card games because I like them the best and because I know the odds of winning are better. I suppose it has something to do with the mood I’m in at the time. Who knows?
